Élevage was 20-months on lees in same French oak. The wine was blended and estate-bottled \u003cspan lang=\"EN-CA\"\u003eunfined on 25 July 2025.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cspan lang=\"EN-CA\"\u003eWine Description\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cspan lang=\"EN-CA\"\u003e: \u003c\/span\u003eBright straw colour. Aromas of white peach, preserved lemon, jasmine and lavender.  The palate continues with bosc pear, melon, passion fruit, gardenia, herbs de Provence and anise.
