The nose reveals cherry, ripe strawberry, rhubarb, raspberry and liquorice. The palate continues with sassafras, \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan lang=\"EN-GB\"\u003eblood-orange, loam, \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan lang=\"EN-GB\"\u003epastrami, bergamot, \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan lang=\"EN-GB\"\u003estar-anise, clove, nutmeg. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan lang=\"EN-GB\"\u003eMedium-bodied with medium acidity and an elegant finish \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan lang=\"EN-GB\"\u003eof plentiful but very fine tannins which slowly recede across the palate\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan lang=\"EN-GB\"\u003e.
