The wine was then pressed into 17% new French oak barrels and given 20-months élevage.  The wine was bottled unfiltered and unfined on 25 July 2025 at Black Bank Hill.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cspan lang=\"EN-CA\"\u003eWine Description\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cspan lang=\"EN-CA\"\u003e: Deep purple in colour.
