Explore the evolution of Black Bank Hill's Chardonnay at our vertical tasting of every Chardonnay we have produced on Saturday, July 19th at 12 noon. (This is a single seated tasting starting at noon, and ending by 2 pm.)
This retrospective of Black Bank Hill Chardonnay compares three wines produced from the Black Bank Hill vineyard with three made from the famed Wismer Foxcroft and Wingfield vineyards when the Black Bank Hill vineyard was young. Six wines in total will the differences in terroir, vintage and precision winemaking make in the world of Chardonnay production.
These limited cellar releases will be presented with a flight of exciting small food pairings from Niagara's Fat Rabbit.
Seating is limited so don't miss this opportunity to compare and contrast Chardonnay over the years with winemaker Jonathan McLean and vintner Taylor Emerson. Limited, and in some cases final, amounts of these wines will be available for purchase at this intimate event.
