Join us at the winery Saturday, December 6 at any time between 12 pm and 4 pm for a year-end holiday-inspired tasting with winemaker Jonathan McLean and vintner Taylor Emerson. Four newly released wines will being poured and paired with local bites from Revalee. All four wines will be available for sale after the tasting and will certainly add that special sparkle to your holiday celebrations.
(Unfortunately, no pets allowed this time.)
The Wines:
- 2023 Fraternité ($35) – a highly aromatic dry white blend 68% pinot gris and 32% gewürztraminer, delicious with food or on its own. This wine will enchant you and have you coming back for more.
- 2023 Viognier ($40) – simply a standout example of the potential, complexity and sophistication of this varietal grown in Niagara. Viognier is growing in popularity and must be tried to be understood.
- 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon ($35) – stellar value, showing everything that Cabernet Sauvignon has to offer. Moving very quickly in our tasting room, this can be enjoyed on its own, and will certainly take your meal to the next level.
- 2022 Égalité ($55) – a blend of Cab Franc, Cab Sauvignon & Merlot, but more than just a big steak wine. Elegant enough to go with turkey but will ultimately shine with a beef or lamb. In either case, decant in advance to get the most out of this wine!
