2025 Runway Rosé

From estate grown fruit, 84% cabernet franc and 16% cabernet sauvignon, given 2 days on skins prior to co-fermentation in tank. Strawberry, cranberry, watermelon intertwined with the fresh herbs of cabernet grapes picked for rosé wine. Supported by refreshing acidity and a light structure given the extra time on skins. Wonderful for food pairing.  Extra-dry, 2 g/L RS, 12.8% abv, 92 cases produced.
